Could You Be an Affinity Matchmaker?

We’re growing—and looking for thoughtful, relationship-minded people who believe meaningful connections are still worth making.

Affinity is expanding into new communities, and we’re looking for people who may be a natural fit for the art of matchmaking. You don’t need experience in the matchmaking industry.

You do need strong people skills, good judgment, discretion, curiosity, and a genuine ability to understand people and what makes them compatible.

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

You’re a natural connector
You enjoy bringing people together, building relationships, and remembering the little things that matter.

You read people well

You listen beyond the words and notice personality, values, chemistry, and compatibility.

You’re warm, but discerning
You make people feel comfortable while still asking thoughtful questions and using good judgment.

You value discretion
Privacy, trust, and professionalism come naturally to you.

You’re self-motivated

You enjoy networking, building relationships, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear.

You believe dating can be better
You understand why people are tired of apps and believe a more human approach can make a difference.

What Does an Affinity Matchmaker Do?

Matchmaking is part intuition, part investigation, and a whole lot of human connection.

As an Affinity Matchmaker, you’ll get to know your clients beyond a checklist. You’ll learn what matters to them, understand the kind of relationship they’re hoping to build, and look for the people who may genuinely fit into that life.

Your role may include:

Getting to know your clients
Understanding their personality, lifestyle, relationship goals, preferences, and what compatibility really looks like for them.

Finding potential matches
Searching within the Affinity database, your own community and network, and—when appropriate—reaching beyond it to find someone worth meeting.

Connecting with people
Having conversations, asking thoughtful questions, networking, and determining whether someone may be a strong potential match.

Facilitating introductions
Helping two people move from “you should meet” to an actual introduction while keeping the experience personal, comfortable, and intentional.

Providing thoughtful feedback
Checking in after introductions, listening to what worked and what didn’t, and using that insight to refine the search.

You’re not selling dates. You’re helping create opportunities for two people who may never have found each other otherwise.

How the Opportunity Works

Affinity Matchmakers operate as independent contractors, giving you the flexibility to build your matchmaking business within the Affinity brand and community.

You’ll have access to Affinity’s matchmaking framework, growing singles database, tools, resources, and support—while developing relationships and opportunities within your own community.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. Matchmakers are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable building connections both personally and professionally.

As an Affinity Matchmaker, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Build and serve your own matchmaking clientele through Affinity

  • Recruit quality singles into the Affinity network

  • Access and collaborate within Affinity’s growing database

  • Search beyond the database when a client’s match requires it

  • Represent and grow Affinity within your community

  • Earn income through the clients and matchmaking work you develop

You bring the relationships, intuition, and initiative. Affinity gives you the brand, structure, tools, and network to build from.

Could Affinity Be Your Next Chapter?

You don’t need to have been a matchmaker before. You do need to genuinely enjoy people, trust your instincts, value discretion, and be willing to build relationships in your community.

If the idea of helping good people find meaningful connection excites you, we’d love to learn more about you.
